Revitate Impact facilitates investment into commercial real estate developments located in Qualified Opportunity Zones in emerging secondary markets across the United States. We provide joint venture equity to talented sponsors of institutional-quality projects, with a primary emphasis on new multifamily housing and industrial construction. Revitate Impact represents the fourth opportunity zone fund launched by Revitate’s General Partners, building on the success of the RevOZ Capital platform, which successfully raised and invested three multi-asset funds into thirteen properties across the U.S. with over $1.4B in total capitalization. Core to Revitate Impact is a commitment to integrating positive social and economic impacts into each development projects in the form of new jobs, economic activity, and positive environmental and community benefits.

Leveraging the partners deep industry expertise and relationships, Revitate Consumer focuses on investment into growth-stage consumer brands. Revitate Managing Partners Alex Bhathal and Lisa Merage bring decades of experience operating companies within the consumer brands industry, including leadership of the 2006 buyout of RAJ Swim by Goldman Sachs and Swander Pace Capital that remains the largest transaction in industry history. Through RAJ Capital, Alex and Lisa have invested into dozens of consumer brands. Additionally, Alex serves as an Independent Director for Compass Diversified (NYSE: CODI) and Aspyr (the largest franchise group of Orange Theory Fitness), as well as Senior Operating Partner for RX3 Growth Partners.

Revitate Sports focuses on investment into sports teams, sports-anchored real estate, and sports tech. Revitate Principals offer 20+ years of professional sports experience as owners and executives in several professional sports organizations, including the NBA’s Sacramento Kings and NWSL’s Portland Thorns, and the WNBA’s Portland Fire. Revitate Principals have led, invested, and advised on a range of sports-anchored real estate projects, including arenas, stadiums, practice facilities, retail and entertainment districts, hotels, and corporate headquarters.
