Team Revitate at IMN Real Estate Opportunity & Private Fund Conference in Laguna Beach

Members of team Revitate attended the 18th Annual IMN Winter Forum on Real Estate Opportunity & Private Fund Conference at the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach this January. Our executives spoke to the importance of social impact in both the businesses of real estate and sports.

On a panel entitled "Addressing the Importance of ESG in Commercial Real Estate Investment,” Revitate Chief Impact Officer Lisa Bhathal Merage talked through Revitate’s approach to ESG and social impact, including the RevOZ Social Impact Council and $1B investment commitment. Other panelists were:

In addition, Revitate executives Alex Bhathal and Kunal Merchant spoke on a panel called “Changing the Game: Emerging Trends in the Business of Sports discussion.” Alex and Kunal outlined Revitate’s sports investment strategy, including ongoing efforts to develop a new world-class arena in San Diego’s Midway sports and entertainment district.
