Alex Bhathal named ‘2021 Top 25 OZ Fund Managers’
Great news! Alex Bhathal was just named one of the ‘Top 25 Opportunity Zone Fund Managers/Developers of 2021’ by Opportunity Zone Magazine.
This is the first time he has been recognized for the award. In recent years, RevOZ Capital has also earned distinction as 2019 Opportunity Zone Fund of the Year by Globe St, and featured in the Opportunity Zones Best Practices Report to the President from The White House Opportunity and Revitalization Council.
RevOZ Co-Founder and Managing Partner Alex Bhathal had this to say:
“Now that the OZ marketplace has grown and stabilized, we expect to see a greater variety of investment made in 2022. To date, multifamily development in major cities has seen the most investment. Going forward, we expect to see increased activity in other asset types like hotels, office and retail, along with more diverse geographies.
