Revitate Foundation 2025 Social Impact Summit
On November 5, the Revitate Foundation hosted its 2025 Social Impact Summit at the UC Irvine Langson Orange County Museum of Art in Costa Mesa, California. Marking its fifth year, this annual event is designed to unite Revitate's network by recognizing individuals who are driving significant social change at the intersection of sports, real estate, and consumer brands.
The summit opened with the panel "Impact in Real Estate: Opportunity Zone Extension, Expansion and Results." Participants included John Lettieri, Co-Founder of EIG; Alex Bhathal, Managing Partner of Revitate; and moderator Alain R'bibo, Partner at Allen Matkins. The discussion highlighted key milestones achieved by the firm over the past year and addressed updates related to Opportunity Zone 2.0 as well as ongoing developments in opportunity zone projects.
Subsequently, Nate Raabe, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of RX3 Growth Partners, led the panel "Purpose Meets Platform: Building a Brand That Drives Impact." This session examined how personal brand, purpose, and impact converge to redefine leadership for athletes, entrepreneurs, and organizations. Panelists Will Levis, Tennessee Titans Quarterback, and Tricia Gasparini, Executive Director of RX3 Foundation, discussed ways in which developing an authentic, purpose-driven platform can generate meaningful change within and beyond their respective fields.
The final panel, titled "Building an Expansion Team in Women’s Sports," was moderated by Karina LeBlanc, EVP of RAJ Sports and two-time Olympian. Panelists included Lisa Bhathal Merage, Governor of Portland Thorns and Portland Fire; Sheryl Swoopes, WNBA Hall of Fame inductee and three-time Olympic Gold Medalist; Clare Hamill, President of WNBA Portland Fire and former Nike executive; and Vanja Černivec, General Manager of WNBA Portland Fire. Each participant shared their individual experiences and perspectives, illustrating diverse approaches to creating positive change within women's sports.
